We ensure that all products delivered are genuine and of high quality. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product is expired or near expiry
  • Incorrect product has been delivered
Return Timeframe
  • Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted
Return Conditions
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The seal should not be broken
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required for verification
Refund Process
  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the customerʼs bank account (UPI / Bank Transfer)

  • Correct products with no damage
